Booking cancellation

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans may change, and we try to be as flexible as possible in dealing with cancellation issues.

Please read the cancellation terms and conditions to avoid unnecessary costs.

1. General rules

  • All bookings at our hotel are guaranteed. This means that after confirming the number, it remains with you until the moment of arrival.
  • In case of cancellation, it is important to comply with the established deadlines.

2. Free cancellation

  • You can cancel your reservation without penalty no later than 24 hours before arrival.
  • Conditions may vary for group arrivals and events and will be clarified upon confirmation of the reservation.

3. Late cancellation

  • If the booking is cancelled less than 24 hours before arrival, the hotel will charge a fine equal to the cost of the first night's stay.
  • If the guest does not show up (no-show) without prior cancellation, the amount for one night's stay is deducted.

4. Special periods (exhibitions and events)

Special rules apply during major events in Tashkent (international exhibitions, conferences, etc.):

  • Free cancellation is possible no later than 48 hours before arrival.;
  • in case of a later cancellation or no-show, the fee for the first day of stay will be deducted.

5. Group bookings

  • An advance payment of 15% of the total amount is required within 14 days after confirmation to ensure the preservation of a group reservation.
  • The remaining 85% must be paid no later than 30 days before the arrival of the group.
  • If the booking is not confirmed by the deposit, the hotel has the right to cancel it without notice.
  • Cancellation of a group booking less than 30 days before arrival will result in a deduction of part or all of the prepayment (depending on the cancellation date and the terms of the agreement).

6. Refund of prepayment

  • In case of timely cancellation of the reservation, the deposit can be refunded or used for future arrivals by agreement with the hotel.
  • The refund is carried out within the time limits established by the current legislation.

7. How to cancel a reservation

  • Send an email to the e-mail of the booking department or contact us at the phone number indicated in the confirmation.
  • The request must include the guest's name, dates of stay, and booking confirmation number.

8. Force majeure

In case of force majeure (natural disasters, interruptions in air traffic, etc.), which make arrival impossible, penalties can be lifted in consultation with the hotel administration.

9. Final terms

  • By checking into our hotel, you confirm your acceptance of the cancellation policy.

Booking and cancellation policy at the Jizzax Hotel

We value every guest and strive to ensure maximum transparency and convenience when booking a stay. These rules govern the procedure for registration, payment, modification and cancellation of reservations, as well as refunds. Please read them carefully before confirming your stay.

1. General provisions

1.1. All bookings confirmed by the Ferghana Hotel are considered guaranteed. This means that the room is assigned to the guest until the moment of arrival.

1.2. The booking confirmation is:

  • email from the booking department,

  • tour operator's voucher,

  • signed agreement (for corporate clients and groups).

1.3. A guaranteed booking requires the provision of credit card details or prepayment in the amount specified in the terms of the tariff or agreement.

2. Individual bookings

2.1. For individual guests, the standard free cancellation policy applies 24 hours before arrival.

2.2. If the booking is cancelled less than 24 hours before arrival or in case of no-show, a fine in the amount of the cost of the first night's stay will be charged.

2.3. Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request and subject to availability. The service may be paid for.

2.4. All bills must be paid before the check-in date. Payment is possible in cash, by bank card or by wire transfer.

3. Group bookings

3.1. Reservations of 10 rooms or more are considered to be a group.

3.2. In order to guarantee the preservation of the reservation, the customer company is obliged to make a deposit.:

  • 15% of the total cost of accommodation and services — within 14 days after confirmation,

  • the remaining 85% — no later than 30 days before arrival.

3.3. If the deposit is not paid, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation without prior notice.

3.4. In case of cancellation of a group booking:

  • more than 30 days before arrival — a refund of the deposit is possible,

  • in less than 30 days, part or all of the prepayment amount is deducted (depending on the cancellation date).

4.1. Special conditions apply during major events in Tashkent (international exhibitions, conferences, sporting events, etc.).

4.4. The list of events subject to special conditions is published by the hotel in advance or specified in the contract.

5. Terms of payment

5.1. The cost of accommodation is indicated in the national currency — Uzbek soums.

5.2. The tourist fee is not included in the price:

  • for foreign citizens and stateless persons — 15% of the basic calculated value (BVI) for each day of stay,

  • for residents of the Republic of Uzbekistan — 0.4% of the BVI for each day of stay.

5.3. The tourist fee is not subject to VAT and is transferred to the state fund.

5.4. Payment can be made:

  • in cash at the hotel's cash desk,

  • by bank card (UZCARD, HUMO, VISA, MasterCard, etc.),

  • by wire transfer according to the invoice.

6. Cancellation of the booking

6.1. Cancellation of the reservation is possible via:

  • The booking department's email address,

  • the phone number specified in the confirmation,

  • an official partner (tour operator or agency).

6.2. For the correct processing of the application, you must specify:

  • guest's name,

  • dates of stay,

  • the booking confirmation number.

6.3. In case of timely cancellation, penalties are not applied.

7. Refund of funds

7.1. If an advance payment is made and the stay is cancelled within the prescribed period, the deposit will be refunded in full or may be postponed to future arrivals.

7.2. The refund is carried out in the same way as the payment was made.

7.3. The deadline for the refund of funds is determined in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the internal procedures of the bank.

8. No-show

8.1. If the guest has not arrived at the hotel and has not informed about the cancellation of the reservation, the amount equal to the cost of the first night's stay will be deducted.

8.2. If the booking was guaranteed, the remaining nights may be cancelled by the hotel administration.

9. Force majeure

9.1. In case of force majeure (force majeure) circumstances, such as natural disasters, emergencies, disruptions of transport services, penalties may be lifted.

9.2. The decision is made by the hotel administration individually based on the submitted documents.

10. Final terms

10.1. By booking a stay at the Fergana Hotel, the guest automatically confirms their agreement with these rules.

10.2. All individual conditions (corporate agreements, group arrivals, special fares) are fixed in writing and agreed upon in advance.
